RothCoast was founded in 2012, building on Debi’s vision of transforming underloved properties into beautiful, well-appointed homes. Combined with on-the-spot first class service, the goal was to provide an enhanced experience for visitors to Naples. RothCoast has transformed over 40 properties and maintains numerous vacation homes in highly desirable North Naples, providing everything a vacationer could want in amenities and service. Homes are available for both short and long-term stays, with all RothCoast staff local and available at any time. Debi loves working directly with clients to help them find the perfect home for their stay. She is passionate about providing clients with the best experience in Naples possible and sharing all that the Gulf Coast has to offer.
Meet the Team!
DEBI ROTH,
Founder and President
Debi founded RothCoast in 2012, focusing on acquiring underloved residential properties in Naples, FL and transforming them to the highest quality. Prior to moving to Naples and establishing Rothcoast, Debi served as president of the board of trustees of Morristown Beard School in NJ. For many years and while raising her children, Debi was involved in numerous boards and fundraising initiatives. Debi spent 10 years in the cosmetics business and served as southeast regional manager for Estee Lauder company until 1989.
Deb earned her bachelor's degree in business. She is the mother of three young adults and lives full-time in Naples with her husband Bill. She is very passionate about Naples real estate, making her clients happy, and enjoys travel, food and wine.
ISAAC ROTH,
Vice President
Isaac is Vice President of RothCoast Properties, focusing on rental management and tenant satisfaction. Prior to joining
RothCoast, he served in lead marketing roles at a testing laboratory and a software company, creating successful business strategies and ensuring client fulfillment.
Isaac has traveled extensively, experiencing various types of rental properties around the world. Inspired by his journeys, he joined RothCoast to bring the best aspects of global
luxury rentals to Naples, dedicated to providing our tenants the finest rental experience possible.
Isaac earned his bachelor's degree in business from Lehigh University. When not transforming the rental landscape, you
can find him attending concerts, playing tennis or planning is next travel adventure.
KRIS PALINCHAK,
Vice President
Kris Palinchak is Vice President of RothCoastProperties, overseeing property and project management. Prior to joining RothCoast, Kris was Corporate Brand Manager for Kelme USA. His background in focusing on customer needs has enabled Kris to form an excellent rapport with both our seasonal and long-term tenants. He is highly responsive to any issues that need attention and a quick problem-solver, garnering Kris excellent reviews from our tenants. Kris enjoys playing competitive softball and is an avid sports fan. He lives in Naples with his wife and two children.
BILL ROTH,
Advisor
Bill Roth is a Partner of Pine River Capital Management, an asset management and hedge fund firm. Bill joined Pine River in 2009 and focuses on mortgage-backed securities trading and management, including having served as Chief Investment Officer of the mortgage REIT Two Harbors Investment Corp for 10 years. Prior to joining Pine River, Bill was at Citigroup and its predecessor firm, Salomon Brothers, for 28 years. He received an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance and Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Bill serves as financial advisor to Rothcoast Properties. He is passionate about golf, travel, wine, and his wife of 32 years, Debi.
